1. How does 2LANCER platform work?

Our platform allows Freelancers to publish missions to carry out and service offers. Customers can then select and pay for an offer to complete their projects.

2. How can I publish an service?

To publish an offer, you must register as a Freelancer on our platform and complete an offer publication form. You will also need to present your skills and then create an offer.

3. How are payments made?

Payments are made via our partner CENTER MONETIQUE INTERBANCAIRE (CMI). Clients pay for the service before it is completed; funds are locked in until the job is delivered and approved.

4. What types of service can you post?

We accept all types of offers and assignments, as long as they are legal and ethical. This includes projects in software development, graphic design, content writing, translation, SEO, and more.

5. Who is responsible for selecting Freelancers?

It is the client who is responsible for the selection of his Freelancer for his project. We provide a list of qualified candidates, but it is up to the employer to choose who they want to hire.

6. What happens if I was not satisfied with the delivery?

Our refund policy is designed to be simple and transparent. If you are not satisfied with your experience on our freelancing platform, you can request a refund. We will review each refund request individually and provide you with a prompt response.

Please note that refund requests can only be accepted in cases where the service was not provided or was provided in an unsatisfactory manner. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

7. How are Freelancers evaluated?

Freelancers are evaluated based on the quality of their work, their punctuality, their communication and their professionalism.

Clients can leave reviews of Freelancers after each project completion, allowing other clients and users to see Freelancers' past performance.

8. What is the conflict resolution process?

Our platform has a dispute resolution system to manage problems that may arise between employers and freelancers. If a conflict arises, we will work with both parties to find a fair and equitable solution.

Our client-freelancer dispute policy is designed to quickly and efficiently resolve any issues that may arise between both parties.

We encourage all clients and freelancers to communicate openly and honestly with each other to resolve any issues that may arise in our internal chat area.

If both parties cannot resolve the issue on their own, they may submit the dispute to our arbitration team who will review the facts and make a fair decision.

If the arbitrator's decision is favorable to the customer, we agree to reimburse the customer. If the decision is favorable to the freelancer, we undertake to pay the freelancer for the work carried out.

9. Who is responsible for compliance with laws and regulations?

All employers and self-employed workers are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations in force in their country. We encourage you to research the laws and regulations that apply to your offering before posting or submitting it.

10. How to manage payments between the client and the Freelancer?

Our platform has a secure payment system based on our partner the Center Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) which allows clients to pay Freelancers for their work. Freelancers can choose to receive payment via bank transfer or credit card. We guarantee the security of our users' payment information.

11. Are there any fees for using our platform?

The commissions (excluding any options) of the platform are detailed as follows:

- For the Freelancer: 30% of the price of the mission;

- For the Customer: 5% of the price of the pack purchased;

12. How to manage project modification requests?

Clients and freelancers can discuss necessary modifications to an offer in the discussion section (2LANCER Chat). If significant modifications are necessary, it is possible to include them in an addendum.

13. How to handle plagiarism cases?

Our platform takes cases of plagiarism very seriously. If an employer or freelancer suspects that a project contains plagiarized content, they can report this to the support team for investigation.

14. How to manage cases of non-delivery of missions?

Our platform has a mission tracking system to ensure that clients and Freelancers meet deadlines. If a Freelancer does not deliver a project within the agreed deadline, the client can report this to the support team for investigation.

15. How to handle cases of poor quality of work?

Our platform encourages Freelancers and clients to provide feedback on work quality. If the client is unhappy with a Freelancer's quality of work, they can report this to the support team for investigation.

16. How to handle cases of non-compliance with the terms of service?

Our platform takes cases of non-compliance with the terms of service very seriously. If a Freelancer or client violates the terms of service, they may be banned from the platform.

Our platform respects the confidentiality of user missions and information. Users can choose to make their projects public or private and share information only with selected users.
